Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy in Qatar seeks an Analyst, Cost Management with 8–10 years in FP&A and cost control. You will monitor costs, support budgeting and forecasting, prepare cost reports, and provide insights to guide management decisions.

Key requirements include SAP S/4HANA experience, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, Power BI, and a Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field. Collaboration with department heads is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in Cost Management, FP&A, budgeting, or finance.
• Experience in Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong Power BI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for cost management within the organization.
• Monitor, track, and manage daily cost control activities and periodic reporting deliverables.
• Develop and maintain annual cost management plans, financial models, and forecasting tools.
• Establish and improve cost management procedures, frameworks, and best practices.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across departments.
• Lead preparation and consolidation of group, parent company, and subsidiary cost budgets.
• Provide monthly KPI reporting and trend analyses for costs and inventories.
