Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in control panel or switchgear panel fabrication.
• Reads and interprets GA drawings and mechanical assembly instructions.
• Complies with QHSE standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical cut-outs on control panels.
• Drill holes for push buttons, pilot lamps, and accessories.
• Install and assemble earth bus bars for panels.
• Carry out panel coupling and alignment for mechanical integrity.
• Maintain tools and ensure workplace cleanliness.

Skills

Ability to use drilling machines

Ability to read mechanical drawings

Hands-on experience in mechanical fabrication

Knowledge of earthing and grounding standards

Basic understanding of electrical components

Education

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or related trade
