Job summary

Vistas Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead contracts and legal transformation initiatives. The role partners with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders to standardize contract management and optimize processes.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in CLM, contract governance, and large-scale transformation programs, with solid project delivery capabilities and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, project management, or related discipline.
• Proven experience managing legal transformation, legal operations, or contracts transformation projects.
• Experience leading CLM implementation or optimization projects.
• Strong understanding of contract management and procurement contracting processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal and contracts transformation initiatives, including CLM implementations.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders to standardize and optimize contract management practices.
