Job summary

MPH is seeking an experienced Contract Engineer to manage all contractual aspects of large-scale EPC projects in Qatar. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, resolving disputes, and safeguarding the company’s commercial interests.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in EPC contracts, with extensive experience in contract drafting, review, and claims evaluation, plus excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Contract Management for EPC contracts
• Experience drafting, reviewing EPC contract documents
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
• Well‑versed in standards and contract frameworks
