Qatar Foundation International is seeking a Content Developer to support the CCO Division in producing high-quality content aligned with our strategy. You will coordinate with contributors, translators, and internal clients, ensuring consistency and timely delivery across websites and social channels.

The role entails writing and editing, supervising translation processes, and contributing to content calendars and communications plans to advance QF's mission and vision.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English language, translation, Public Relations, Mass Media, Communication or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant full-time work experience in journalism, translation, or linguistics in a large organization.
• Excellent planning skills with the ability to establish priorities and complete multiple projects within deadlines.
• Excellent time management and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communications, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development of high-quality and innovative content within the CCO Division, maintaining a consistent tone, style, and terminology aligning with the Content Strategy Unit.
• Collaborate with the Senior Specialist to facilitate content meetings, solicit content from Contributors and subject matter Experts, and oversee content production for dissemination across channels.
• Develop, maintain, and document content planning and validation processes to coordinate with contributors, translators, and internal clients.
• Write, review, and edit content to ensure consistency and accuracy; liaise with the Newsroom to identify stories and guide fellow Content Developers.
• Coordinate with digital media, social media, and multimedia teams to produce digital content for the website and other formats.
• Assist in developing messaging, executive content, speeches, and talking points as needed.
• Support audits and act on corrective actions identified during audits.
