Job summary

Qatar Foundation is seeking a Head of Content to lead the development of high-quality content in English and Arabic for reports, articles, press releases, speeches, and digital platforms within External Comms. The role sets editorial standards, oversees strategy, and ensures alignment with institutional messaging.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in content development, editorial management, or communications, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record in end-to-end content strategy and multi-channel production across print, digital, and social.
• Experience drafting high-level bilingual content (English and Arabic) for executive communications and institutional publications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of English and Arabic content for reports, articles, press releases, speeches, and digital channels.
• Define editorial standards, tone, and style guidelines for consistent messaging.
• Oversee content strategy and editorial calendar across channels.
• Supervise content review, editing, and approval processes for accuracy and alignment with messaging.
• Support media relations including drafting responses and coordinating inquiries.
• Prepare leadership communications for external stakeholders and manage speaking engagements.
• Oversee content for website and social media, and for annual reports and institutional publications.
• Monitor media trends and provide insights for planning and strategy.
