Job summary

SANAD Insurance Brokers seeks a Creative Content & Growth Coordinator to drive digital content, customer education, and lead-generation in both Arabic and English. This hands-on marketing role requires coordinating campaigns, collaborating with creative teams, and turning insurance knowledge into engaging content for multiple platforms.

You will develop content strategies, manage day-to-day posts on Instagram and TikTok, create captions, scripts, photos and short-form videos, and measure

Qualifications

• Strong storytelling and copywriting for both Arabic and English audiences.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage for social content and community interaction.
• Familiarity with performance marketing basics and ad platforms.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop product content strategy, brand voice, campaigns and launch calendar.
• Manage day-to-day content and community activities across Instagram and TikTok.
• Create concepts, captions, scripts, photography and short-form video content.
• Edit content for multiple platforms using CapCut, Canva or Adobe.
• Support campaign setup, testing, and performance reviews across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Leverage AI tools for research, ideation, copywriting, graphics and content repurposing.
• Track performance metrics and iterate content and growth experiments.
• Develop evergreen guides, email and WhatsApp content, and other resources.
• Collaborate with creators, communities and partners to develop content and partnerships.
• Capture real stories in Qatar.
