Job summary

Employment is seeking a proactive Account Manager & Social Media Specialist to manage client relationships and drive social media strategy. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects meet client expectations and grow the business.

The role involves managing content publishing across multiple platforms, generating new opportunities, and presenting insights and proposals to clients. Strong English skills are essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, social media, marketing or sales.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts and manage relationships.
• Coordinate with design, development, marketing and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage publishing and monitoring of social media content across platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Prepare reports, proposals and recommendations for clients and leadership.
• Schedule and attend client meetings, present services and updates.
