SANAD Insurance Brokers seeks a Creative Content & Growth Coordinator to drive digital content, customer education, and lead-generation in both Arabic and English. Responsibilities

SANAD Insurance Brokers is looking for a creative and organized Content & Growth Coordinator to support our digital content, customer education, and lead-generation initiatives. This is a hands‑on marketing role for someone who enjoys creating engaging Arabic and English content, coordinating digital campaigns, collaborating with creative teams, leveraging AI tools, and transforming insurance knowledge into valuable content that drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Help develop the product’s content strategy, brand voice, campaign themes and launch calendar.
• Manage day‑to‑day content and community activities across Instagram and TikTok.
• Create concepts, captions, scripts, photography and short‑form video content.
• Edit and adapt content for different platforms using tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe.
• Support campaign setup, creative testing and performance reviews across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Use AI tools responsibly for research, ideation, copywriting, graphics, editing and content repurposing.
• Track relevant performance metrics and turn insights into better content and growth experiments.
• Develop evergreen guides, email and WhatsApp content, and other useful audience resources.
• Collaborate with creators, communities and relevant businesses to develop content and partnerships.
• Capture real stories and moments on the ground in Qatar.

What we are looking for

• A strong storyteller with an instinct for what makes people stop, care, share or act.
• 1–3 years of experience in content, social media, growth, community, media, branding, an agency or startup environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome if they can demonstrate meaningful work through internships, student organizations, freelance projects, personal channels or other practical experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating original content, storytelling, copywriting, video, photography, campaigns or community‑building work.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Arabic is a strong advantage, particularly for social content and community interaction.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and an interest in developing skills across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Good organization, follow‑through and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive, curious and entrepreneurial approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in cars, car culture or the everyday experience of owning and using a car.
• Familiarity with Qatar’s culture and audience.
• Experience building a community, creator network, newsletter, WhatsApp audience or other owned audience.
• Comfort directing people on camera or appearing in content when appropriate.
