Job summary

Mekdam Technical Services in Doha, Qatar seeks a senior professional with extensive experience in large Oil & Gas construction projects, including offshore and brownfield execution. Candidate should be proficient in commissioning, hook-up, and operations within large-scale projects, ensuring safety and adherence to industry practices

Qualifications

• 8 years' experience on large construction projects in Oil & Gas.
• Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes and safety criteria.
• Experience with sour gas and LNG facilities and offshore execution.

Responsibilities

• Work on major fabrication, transport, installation, and hook-up.
• Support commissioning and brownfield execution for projects.

Knowledge and/or Experience:-

8 years' experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication,
execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry.

Technical and Business Skills:-

Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy offshore execution construction companies. Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution & Commissioning, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope. Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, operations as applicable to project scope. Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities. Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
