Job summary

UCC Holding is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to ensure project quality aligns with international standards. You will assist in implementing the Project Quality Plan, prepare WIRs, check materials, and monitor test reports to guarantee delivery within schedule while exceeding client expectations.

The role requires ISO 9001/QMS knowledge, SAP ERP familiarity, and a Civil Engineering background or UPDA registration. On-site work in Qatar with IMS policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS/IMS standards and quality systems.
• Experience with QA/QC processes and documentation.
• Familiar with SAP ERP integration and document control.
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or UPDA registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA/QC Manager on implementing the Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
• Prepare WIRs for construction activities and submit to consultant.
• Check incoming materials per project specs and submittals.
• Monitor test reports and update Quality Manager and site team.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and weekly quality records.
• Support HSE initiatives and align with IMS policies.
