Job summary

The Ned Doha is seeking a talented Commis 1 to join our luxury kitchen team in Doha. This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced chefs in a fast-paced environment that values creativity, teamwork, and excellence.

You will prepare high-quality dishes, support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs, and uphold impeccable hygiene and food safety standards, contributing to memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-volume restaurant.
• A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
• Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within a professional kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality ingredients and dishes in line with our culinary standards.
• Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
