The Ned Doha is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support Ned's Club, lead a high-performing front-of-house team, and ensure members and guests enjoy a seamless, personalized experience.

You will coach staff, maintain service standards, collaborate with kitchen and bar teams, manage scheduling, and contribute to financial and operational goals in Doha's iconic luxury setting.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in luxury hospitality.
• Proven passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations of Ned's Club and Cecconis.
• Lead, coach, and inspire front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Build meaningful relationships with members to ensure personalized visits.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, cleanliness and detail.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of Cecconis
• Lead, coach, and inspire the front-of-house team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Build meaningful relationships with members, ensuring every visit feels personal and memorable.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
• Handle guest and member feedback with professionalism, care, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Assist in managing staffing, training, scheduling, and performance to foster a positive team culture.
• Contribute to achieving financial and operational goals through effective leadership and commercial awareness.

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel, private members' club, or high-end restaurant.
