Job summary

UFC Gym Society Club seeks an Assistant Club Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring top-tier member experiences and brand presentation across all revenue streams including Membership, Fitness, Academy, Wellness, F&B and Retail.

The role supports fitness department management, wellness initiatives, team coordination, and adherence to safety and SOPs to deliver a premium club environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Fitness, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fitness club, wellness center, hospitality, or leisure operations.
• Experience managing fitness teams and club operations.
• Strong knowledge of gym operations, personal training, and wellness programs.
• Leadership experience managing multicultural teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Club Manager in overseeing daily club operations; ensure coordination between Fitness, Front of House, Sales, and Support teams; monitor club standards and compliance with SOPs.
• Support Fitness Trainers, Coaches, and Wellness team members; monitor performance and member engagement; assist with fitness programs and wellness activities.
• Handle member feedback, support engagement activities, and improve member satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with team supervision, daily briefings, onboarding, training, and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales Team, support campaigns and events, and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure safety standards, emergency procedures, and professional standards are maintained.
• Oversee daily operations of the club and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
