Mekdam Technical Services is seeking a Receptionist in Mesaieed, Qatar. The role requires managing the reception desk, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming environment for club members.

Candidates must have a graduate certificate or equivalent, fluency in English, and at least three years of relevant experience in hospitality. Responsibilities include managing bookings, overseeing club entries, and maintaining records. A basic first aid and CPR certificate is also required.

Formación

• Three years of experience as a receptionist in an international hotel, recreational club, or hospitality industry.
• Ability to manage front-desk operations and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to enforce club rules.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality front-desk service to club members.
• Control entries to the club, ensuring compliance with rules.
• Manage all club bookings and coordinate with function areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of club premises with housekeeping support.
