Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and 3–5 years of site experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Proficiency in structural drawings, site supervision, and QA/QC procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review structural drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
• Supervise structural works, including foundations, columns, beams, and slabs.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
