C2HR GLOBAL LLC in Dubai seeks a qualified Civil Architect with 5–7 years of contractor-side experience to lead architectural design coordination, create construction drawings, and manage technical documentation.

You will coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP disciplines, review shop drawings, and ensure site execution aligns with approved drawings and project requirements. This position requires strong communication and independent work to meet deadlines on GCC projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil architecture is mandatory.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in construction/contracting.
• Proven experience with a main contractor or contracting company.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction details, finishing works and site execution.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review and coordinate architectural drawings, layouts, details and construction documentation.
• Review approved drawings, specifications and project requirements and ensure proper implementation at site.
• Coordinate architectural works with Civil, Structural, MEP and other project disciplines.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, samples and technical submittals related to architectural works.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to resolve technical and architectural issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor architectural works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify discrepancies, clashes and design-related issues and coordinate appropriate solutions with the concerned parties.
• Review and provide technical input on construction details, finishing works and architectural requirements.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining as-built drawings and project documentation.
• Monitor the progress and quality of architectural works and coordinate with the project team to meet project schedules.
• Ensure that architectural works are executed in accordance with approved materials, specifications, quality standards and project requirements.
• Attend technical coordination meetings and provide necessary architectural support to the project team.
• Coordinate with the Consultant and Project Management team for inspections, approvals and technical clarifications.
• Support the Project Manager and site team in resolving day-to-day architectural and construction-related issues.

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Architect with 5–7 years of relevant experience in the construction and contracting industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for architectural design coordination, construction drawings, technical documentation, site coordination and ensuring that architectural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements. The role requires a strong contractor-side background with practical experience in coordinating architectural works between consultants, subcontractors, site teams and other engineering disciplines.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Civil Architecture or a related discipline – Mandatory.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in the construction/contracting industry.
• Proven experience working with a main contractor or contracting company.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction details, finishing works, and site execution.
• Good understanding of coordination between architectural, civil, structural, and MEP works.
• Experience in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, technical submissions, and as-built documentation.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical requirements within project deadlines.
• BIM experience is not required.
• UAE/GCC or India construction experience will be an advantage.

Compensation

Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability for the position. Candidates with strong contractor-side construction experience and immediate/short notice availability will be preferred.
