Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in commercial or residential projects.
• Proven expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, with strong design and technical proficiency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects reflecting creativity and technical skill.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or supervise drawings specifications and construction documents as per project plan.
• Support Senior Architect and Project Manager to fulfill departmental objectives.
• Ensure department quality objectives and proper implementation.
• Document customer complaints and close them per the Customer Complaint Handling process.
• Promote awareness of IMS policies including ISMS, sustainability, and energy management.
• Report environmental and occupational hazards to the OHS team as needed.
• Contribute to the effectiveness and continual improvement of management systems.
• Record and report information security incidents and ensure adherence to NDA requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or supervise the preparation of drawings specifications and other construction documents as per Project plan
• To carry out QA QC checks follow project-based communication protocols supporting SeniorArchitect Project Manager in fulfilling the departmental objectives
• Ensure quality objectives of the department and its proper implementation
• To document any customer complaints and take actions to ensure that they are effectively closedas per Customer Complaint Handling process
• Awareness of Objective IMS Policies including ISMS Sustainability Energy Management etc benefits of following the established Management system as well and implication if not complying with the requirements
• Awareness of the Significant Environmental Aspects and work related Occupational HazardsIncident Reporting to OHS team in case of any incidents
• Engaging and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness and improvement of theManagement systems
• Recording and reporting information security incidents
• Ensuring and maintain Information security management system are followed in projects
• Awareness understanding of NDA requirements where applicable signed and recordsmaintained for all parties in the project

Qualifications
