Wyndham Hotels & Resorts EMEA - Qatar, Doha is seeking a Chief Sports Complex Officer to provide strategic, operational and commercial leadership for a landmark multi-venue sports and leisure destination in the GCC. You will shape long-term growth, drive partnerships, and ensure world-class experiences.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership, proven experience managing large venues, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive leadership experience including senior executive or C-suite roles.
Experience leading a large sports resort, multi-sport complex, or similar operations.
Oversight of multiple venues, large revenues, and diverse teams.
Strong exposure to specialised sporting operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year strategy to position the complex as a leading regional destination.
Provide executive oversight across all venues, facilities, academies, hospitality, guest services and events.
Own the complex’s financial and commercial performance, revenue growth and partnerships.
Build and manage important government, federation, sponsor and partner relationships.
Lead a large, multidisciplinary workforce and develop senior leaders.
