Job summary

Tanqeeb in Doha seeks a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead the MPD Technical and Engineering section, guiding major projects from initiation to handover and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

You will drive governance, innovation, and best practices, manage budgets and risks, develop engineering strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant, and on-time project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Chartered Engineer or equivalent registration.
• Minimum 20 years of formal engineering training/experience in large/complex projects.
• Minimum 10 years professional experience in large international airport projects and site experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead MPD Technical and Engineering section and supervise major projects.
• Ensure projects align with Airport Master Plan and budget.
• Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies.
• Provide governance, risk and performance management.
• Coach and mentor senior engineers and coordinate with stakeholders.
