Job Role: Head – Engineering Technical Services

Location: Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

Head of all technical engineering disciplines, accountable to provide technical design and engineering services, across all stages of project execution, in order to achieve the required technical quality and integrity of work while considering project objectives in terms of safety, quality, time and cost and in accordance with the Project and Company procedures. Manage the Technical Competence requirement for all engineering disciplines, from new graduate to highest level Technical Authority and discipline management.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Discipline Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent or certified PMP member.

Experience:

• 15+ years relevant post graduate experience, of which 8 years proven experience as Senior Engineering Manager on major offshore projects and sites in the Oil & Gas industry, globally and/or within the Arabian Gulf region.
• Possess extensive leadership, coordination, communication and management skills within an integrated PTF organization and in dealing with EPIC Contractor PTF.
