Job summary

Qatar Airways Cargo aims to strengthen its strategic partnerships by hiring a Cargo Strategic Partnerships Analyst in Doha. The role bridges business needs with technology teams, translating commercial and operational requirements into robust system solutions that boost efficiency and support strategic objectives.

You will coordinate the design, testing and rollout of enhancements, ensure data integrity, and drive digitization of partnership processes.

Qualifications

• Draft clear business requirements, functional specs and process documentation.
• Coordinate UAT and testing activities with IT and business stakeholders.
• Experience in system testing, issue resolution and collaboration with IT teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
• Focus on digitization and automation of processes to reduce manual effort.

Responsibilities

• Own the interface between Cargo Strategic Partnerships business and IT, translating needs into system requirements.
• Gather, document and prioritize requirements for system enhancements supporting partnerships operations.
• Coordinate design, testing and rollout of system solutions including UAT and validation.
• Troubleshoot system and data issues, ensuring data integrity and timely resolution.
• Drive digitization and automation of partnership processes, documenting changes and requirements.
• Act as focal point for projects, planning, coordinating and tracking initiatives across business and IT.
