Job summary

Coefftalent engages a Global Cards & Payments firm to onboard a Cards Portfolio Growth & Optimization Manager embedded in the bank's cards team in Doha, Qatar.

You will diagnose performance, identify levers across activation, spend mix and approval rates, and drive growth through collaboration with product, marketing, risk and operations. This is an initial 12-month contract with strong potential for extension.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in managing card portfolios or similar growth roles.
• Strong understanding of card products, lifecycle and growth levers.
• Data-driven decision making with segmentation and cohort analysis.
• Experience partnering with product, marketing, risk and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio growth roadmap and rank initiatives by value and impact.
• Diagnose performance using segmentation, cohort and lifecycle analyses.
• Lift activation, usage and spend with targeted campaigns and tests.
• Optimize product construction, value propositions and pricing levers.
• Improve approval outcomes by coordinating with risk and operations.
• Grow cross-border, ecommerce and digital wallet spend through strategy.
• Report results to senior stakeholders and build playbooks for scale.
