Job summary

NeoStats is seeking a Senior Data Science Consultant – Cards Marketing Analytics to join our team in Qatar. You will leverage advanced analytics and predictive modeling to drive marketing strategies for card portfolios, translating insights into actionable plans for clients.

You will build customer segmentations, design test-and-learn frameworks, and collaborate with marketing, product and risk teams to deliver practical, measurable outcomes in a client-facing role.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in data science or analytics consulting.
• Strong banking experience, especially with cards products.
• Proficiency in Python, SAS and SQL with large banking datasets.

Responsibilities

• Build predictive models to identify targeting opportunities and reduce churn.
• Develop customer segmentations for card portfolios to support lifecycle marketing and personalization.
• Analyze campaign performance across segments and channels, delivering actionable insights.
• Design test-and-learn frameworks and post-campaign performance reviews.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure Outputs are practical and explainable.
