Job summary

Newrest in Qatar is seeking a hands-on Hospitality Supervisor to oversee weekly duty rosters, daily time sheets, and on-floor operations across kitchen and front-of-house. You will train staff in line preparation, order assembly, guest service etiquette, and sanitation and safety procedures, while coordinating waiters and servers to ensure seamless service.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervision experience in catering or hospitality, English proficiency, and eligibility for visa transfer

Qualifications

• Minimum two to three years of experience as Supervisor in a catering company or hospitality setting.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC for visa transfer.
• Female applicants are preferred for this position.

Train service staff and handlers in line preparation, order assembly, guest service etiquette, and strict sanitation and safety procedures.

Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters and servers engaged in guest service.

Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service quality for all clients.

Good knowledge & experience in using POS system.

Issue Customer Documentation: Generate and hand out accurate invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.

Minimum two to three years of experience as Supervisor in a catering company or hospitality setting, with specific knowledge of high-volume line service and table service management.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC for visa transfer.
