Job summary

MUQAWLAT KUWAIT is seeking a Control & Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer for a 12-month contract in Qatar. The role requires hands-on maintenance, DCS and PLC troubleshooting, and strong knowledge of P&ID/PFD and wiring diagrams.

You will collaborate with contractors and vendors, perform valve overhauls, and test field instruments, transmitters, and analyzers, ensuring reliable operation of networked subsystems. Oil & Gas or Refinery experience preferred.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Control & Instrumentation Maintenance.
Troubleshooting of control valves, transmitters, analyzers and field instruments.
Hands-on experience in DCS & PLC maintenance and troubleshooting.
Experience in control valve overhauling and testing.
Good knowledge of P&ID, PFD, wiring diagrams and system architecture.
Experience working with contractors, vendors and subcontractors.
Experience in instrumentation communication, digital control and networked subsystems.
Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery experience preferred.
