Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Business Design Specialist to help clients design new products, services, and experiences using human-centered design principles. You will conduct customer, market, and stakeholder research, create journeys and personas, and support innovation workshops.

You'll translate insights into actionable business recommendations and develop executive presentations while collaborating with strategists, designers, and technologists to drive product and service innovation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business design, service design, strategy, innovation, or experience consulting.
• Understanding of Design Thinking methodologies.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
