Job summary

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North in Doha is seeking a Graphic Designer to create visually compelling content that reinforces the property's luxury brand. You will design marketing materials, digital content, and assets for print and online campaigns.

The role requires a strong portfolio, 2–3 years of design experience (hospitality a plus), and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, with familiarity in Sketch or Figma. On-site position with active collaboration across marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2–3 years of graphic design experience; hospitality or tourism preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Knowledge of Sketch or Figma is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Photography and photo editing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and social media graphics aligned with branding.
• Collaborate with marketing to understand requirements, audience, and objectives.
• Develop visuals for the property website, emails, and social channels.
• Capture high-quality images of facilities, events, and amenities; edit photos.
• Ensure all design work follows brand guidelines for consistency.
• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with print vendors as needed.
• Maintain a library of visual assets and templates.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to keep content fresh.
