Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Doha is seeking a skilled Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing Communications team. You will craft brand-consistent print, digital, social content and multimedia materials to support guest engagement and commercial performance.

Based in Doha, you will collaborate with hotel departments and external partners, managing multiple high-quality projects while upholding Mandarin Oriental brand standards and storytelling excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent; 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design or creative services; experience in luxury hospitality, luxury retail, lifestyle brands or creative agencies preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) with a strong portfolio.
• Strong creative, organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines with high quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative marketing collateral (brochures, menus, advertisements, banners, invitations, promotional materials).
• Create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, website updates and email marketing.
• Support photography, videography and multimedia production (editing, retouching, motion graphics, short-form video).
• Collaborate with hotel departments, agencies and external vendors to ensure timely delivery while maintaining brand standards.
