Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Doha is seeking a Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join the Marketing Communications team, shaping brand-aligned creative across print, digital, social media and multimedia platforms.

You will collaborate with hotel departments and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns while upholding Mandarin Oriental brand standards. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent with 2–3 years of experience in graphic/multimedia design or creative services.
• Experience within luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-aligned creative across print, digital and video.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, menus, ads and banners.
• Create engaging visual content for social media, campaigns, website updates and email marketing.
• Support photography, videography and multimedia production including editing and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with hotel teams, agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery and brand compliance.
