Job summary

RITS Qatar is looking for a skilled BIM Modeler Architectural Interior Fit-Out to develop accurate BIM models for interior fit-out projects in Doha, Qatar. You will produce shop drawings, coordinate with MEP and structural teams to resolve clashes, and ensure timely delivery according to project standards.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Architecture, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience (2 years in the GCC) and strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit; Navisworks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in GCC.
• Proven experience in architectural BIM modeling and interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
• Navisworks experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural and interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for clash detection and resolution.
• Ensure models comply with project standards, specifications, and timelines.
• Update and revise models based on design changes and site requirements.

Job Overview

RITS Qatar is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler Architectural with experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will develop accurate BIM models, produce shop drawings, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery as per client requirements.
