Job summary

Alwadi Hotel Doha, the first MGallery boutique hotel in Msheireb Downtown Doha, is seeking a bartender to craft cocktails and deliver warm, memorable service in a fast-paced luxury bar. You will maintain an organized station, knowledgeably suggest drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction with every interaction.

Bring 1–2 years of bartending experience, a strong drink portfolio, and a collaborative spirit. Local liquor regulations awareness and a pro attitude are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• 1–2 years bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits.
• Proficient with POS systems and cash handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to MGallery standards.
• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service.
• Keep bar clean, organized, and stocked.
• Demonstrate knowledge of beverages and preparation techniques.
• Take orders accurately and offer recommendations.
• Ensure beverages are presented professionally.
• Monitor stock and communicate replenishment needs.
• Handle cash and billing per hotel standards.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Support team during peak periods and stay positive.

What you will be doing:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and drinks according to MGallery standards and guest preferences
• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service while creating memorable guest experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the operation
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktails, ingredients, and preparation techniques
• Take guest orders accurately and provide knowledgeable recommendations when requested
• Ensure all beverages are presented consistently, professionally, and attractively
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the supervisor
• Handle cash and billing procedures accurately in accordance with hotel standards
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards
• Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment
• Embody the MGallery spirit through warm, refined, and attentive service

Qualifications
