Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender in hospitality settings.

• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper and adequate bar setup daily, including stock and supplies.
• Stock management and garnishes preparation to ensure product quality.
• Greet guests courteously and take/document drink orders.
• Input orders into POS and balance cash transactions.
• Create and serve a range of beverages including cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Assist floor team with deliveries and take food orders as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the service area.
