Role requires strong leadership, event coordination, and a proactive approach to guest and associate engagement, while upholding safety, grooming, and confidentiality standards across SAGs customers and hotel

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of brand promise and Rosewood brand standards in guest interactions.
• Observe and coach associates in guest service skills across departments.
• Resolve guest and associate complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain strong guest and associate relationships and professional conduct.
• Oversee beverage policy, pricing, stock levels and operating procedures.
