Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in F&B, culinary, or related area.
• 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related major; 2 years experience in F&B, culinary, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar/lounge shift operations and supervision of staff.
• Promote the lounge, assist with menu planning, and manage liquor inventories and controls.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, uphold budgets, and adhere to liquor laws and safety standards.
• Train staff on liquor policies and supervise staffing levels to meet service needs.
• Support department cost control and participate in menu development and promotions.
