Job summary

Le Méridien Doha is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to support banquet and dining operations. You will assist chefs and stewards, ensure service readiness of banquet rooms and outlets, and help with setup, guest interactions, and safety procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years related experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. This is a non-management, full-time position in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate service needs to chefs and stewards throughout functions.
• Prepare and present checks to group contacts for payment.
• Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks are ready for service.
• Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions to manager.
