Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a Senior Manager, MIS Business Analysis to lead enterprise data warehouse and BI initiatives. The role focuses on translating business needs into analytical solutions and managing data environments to support the bank’s reporting and decision processes.

The incumbent will balance project work with database maintenance and enterprise architecture activities, while ensuring adherence to standards and governance across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 6 years experience in financial services with a specialization in web or mobile application development.

Responsibilities

• Shareholder & Financial: Provide comprehensive and cost effective solutions to user requirements.
• Monitor and measure the unit’s performance via KPIs and best practices.
• Customer: Meet with users to understand requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Internal: Monitor development lifecycle strategies, standards and guidelines for systems.
• Lead documentation and standards for activities and user guides as per policy.
• Ensure compliance with existing standards by Application Development staff.
