Job summary

Talent Leaders Inc. is seeking a skilled Data Engineer – Power BI & ETL Specialist in Doha to extract, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources and build robust Power BI dashboards and reports.

The role requires strong SQL, Python, and ETL skills, with hands-on experience in SSIS and data modeling. You will integrate data from ITSM, NOC, SOC, and Finance platforms, write efficient queries and procedures, collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, and deliver ad-hoc datasets

Qualifications

• Strong SQL proficiency with ability to optimize queries.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI data modeling and DAX.
• Proficient in Python for data manipulation and scripting.
• Experience building and managing ETL pipelines (SSIS preferred).
• Familiarity with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of ITSM/Splunk/SAP-like systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and transform raw data using SQL and Python.
• Build and manage ETL pipelines using SSIS and other ETL tools.
• Create curated datasets and structured data models for Power BI.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI/SLA scorecards.
• Integrate data from ITSM, NOC, SOC, and Finance platforms.
• Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures to support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis and deliver custom datasets and reports.
