Job summary

Hyper Think Systems is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer – Azure AI to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents for enterprise use in Qatar onsite. You will integrate Copilot with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Dataverse, connecting with diverse enterprise systems via APIs and Azure services.

The role requires 3+ years in Enterprise AI and Power Platform, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI governance.

Qualifications

• Must have Microsoft Copilot Studio – Mandatory.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Proficiency with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Services and APIs for enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
• Understanding of AI governance and security concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build & deploy intelligent AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop enterprise copilots and conversational AI solutions.
• Integrate with Microsoft 365, Teams, Share Point, Power Apps, Power Automate & Dataverse.
• Connect enterprise systems using APIs, connectors & Azure services.
• Develop prompts, grounding strategies, knowledge sources & AI workflows.
• Implement RAG, Generative AI & AI governance practices.
• Work with business stakeholders and SMEs to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Test, troubleshoot, optimize and document enterprise Copilot solutions.
