Detailed Job Description:

As an AI Automation Developer at hyperthinksys.com, you will serve as a foundational technical lead responsible for designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI agents and automation solutions tailored for energy, oil & gas, and engineering operations in Qatar. Your daily responsibilities will encompass building autonomous agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agent Builder, developing complex workflow automations in Power Automate and Power Apps, and integrating Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook). You will implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, and document intelligence (OCR) solutions to ground AI responses in enterprise technical documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Build, configure, and maintain intelligent AI agents and conversational copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agent Builder.
• Develop robust automation workflows and business solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Integrate AI agents seamlessly with Microsoft 365 productivity suites including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook/Exchange, and Power Platform connectors.
• Design specialized AI solutions for operational tracking, vessel/rig KPI reporting, inventory management, and logistics workflows.
• Develop agents dedicated to contract obligation tracking, anomaly registers, engineering documentation review, and correspondence drafting.
• Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and semantic search to ground AI responses in enterprise documentation.
• Deploy OCR, Azure AI Builder, and Document Intelligence solutions for inspection reports, vessel documents, and technical paperwork.
• Test, evaluate, and continuously optimize agent accuracy, conversational flow, reliability, and system performance.
• Enforce appropriate data governance, confidentiality, data security, and human-review controls, especially for HSE and engineering use cases.
• Collaborate proactively with Operations, Engineering, Subsurface, Supply Chain, and HSE subject matter experts (SMEs).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on professional experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI agent development platforms.
• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Power Platform connectors.
• Proven expertise in prompt engineering, RAG, semantic search, and LLM-based enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with OCR, AI Builder, and Microsoft Document Intelligence solutions.
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems through RESTful APIs and custom connectors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication capabilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Specialized domain experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, or Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) sectors.
