Job summary

Hyperthink Systems in Qatar seeks an AI Automation Developer—Copilot Studio & Agent Builder on a 1-year contract. You will build, configure, and optimize intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, and the Power Platform.

Candidates should have 2–4 years hands-on Copilot Studio experience, with strong skills in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse, plus knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and semantic search. Oil & Gas or engineering experience is desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/AI/ML/Engineering or related field.
2–4 years hands-on Copilot Studio and AI agent development experience.
Strong proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and enterprise connectors.
Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and automation integration.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain intelligent AI agents and copilots using Copilot Studio and Agent Builder.
Develop robust automation workflows with Power Automate and Power Apps.
Integrate AI agents with SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Design AI solutions for KPI reporting, logistics, and operations.
Implement RAG, semantic search, and document intelligence to ground responses.
Ensure data governance, confidentiality, and security controls.
