Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of experience, with 5+ years in a managerial/supervisory role in banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop KPIs and monitor performance for the Investigations sub-section.
• Implement KPIs and best practices for AVP Investigations role.
• Ensure adequate internal controls and compliance with QCB and international regulations.
• Coordinate reports, returns and information requests for QCB/regulators within deadlines.
• Support international branches and subsidiaries.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study)
