Job summary

Gender seeks a seasoned aviation security professional to provide technical expertise and strategic support in AVSEC. You will contribute to policy development, programs, and frameworks, while strengthening compliance oversight activities and ensuring standard-aligned program implementation.

You will review security programs, enhance inspection and corrective action processes, and lead strategic aviation security projects, while building capacity through training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in aviation security.
• Bachelor's in aviation security or related field.
• Ability to analyze compliance gaps and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to conduct inspections and audits.
• Ability to verify compliance in a professional manner.
• Ability to apply regulatory requirements within operational environments.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in both operational and regulatory contexts.
