Job summary

Tanqeeb in Qatar is seeking a Project Coordinator to support delivery of major aviation projects in a live airport environment. You will coordinate stakeholders, interfaces and operational integration, guiding transitions from construction through testing, activation and handover within the client organisation.

The role requires strong planning and reporting, robust risk awareness, and the ability to align programme objectives with operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex projects in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Knowledge of ORAT or operational readiness processes is a plus.
• Ability to develop and maintain project trackers and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of airport development projects.
• Maintain trackers, risk registers, and decision logs.
• Lead and manage project teams and stakeholders to meet KPIs.
• Support ORAT activities across workstreams.
• Facilitate readiness reviews and handovers.
