Job summary

Tanqeeb in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an Officer-Crew Resources to supervise and produce rosters for pilots, cabin crew and security staff in line with regulations. The role requires 24/7 shift work and coordinating with OCC and Flight Operations teams.

You will ensure roster accuracy, regulatory compliance with QCAA, and timely communication of rosters to crew and departments, while supporting training and policy development. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or associate degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years airline Crew Services experience.
• Knowledge of Flight Time Limitations regulations.
• Good English written and spoken communication.
• Computer literacy with rostering software.

Responsibilities

• Produce and update legal rosters for flight crew, cabin crew and security staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with QCAA rules.
• Communicate finalized rosters to crews and departments.
• Coordinate hotel and transport planning for rosters.
• Maintain leave and attendance data; support post-flight analysis.
• Assist with policy, procedures, and checklists development.
• Notify crew of duty changes promptly.
