Job summary

McDermott in Doha, Qatar, is hiring a Crew Scheduling Specialist for a full-time on-site role. You will apply your HR and crewing knowledge to coordinate offshore recruitment, travel, visas, and onboarding while aligning with company policies and safety standards.

You will develop and maintain offshore personnel logistics rosters, arrange flights, helicopters, accommodation, and related travel, and support training and inductions to ensure smooth mobilizations to site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years HR / Crewing & Logistics experience.
• Oil & Gas offshore construction experience essential.
• Excellent personal communication skills.
• Exposure to online crew management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate offshore crew recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage travel, accommodation, and visa logistics for offshore staff.
• Plan and maintain offshore personnel logistics roster.
• Coordinate vessel crew logistics and offshore transport.
• Maintain HR files, tax spreadsheets, and MAPS database.
• Assist in project training arrangements and inductions.
• Prepare timesheets for offshore personnel assigned to onshore work.
