Job summary

Boeing Global Services is seeking a F15QA Flight Line Plans and Scheduling/MOC (Maintenance Controller) to support maintenance at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The role focuses on leading TCTOs/TCIs/SIs, coordinating with multiple teams, and maintaining fleet readiness.

Ideal candidates have USAF records management experience, ability to obtain US clearance, and flexibility for shifts. This international posting offers relocation and visa sponsorship where required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year USAF aircraft records management/oversight.
• Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
• Ability to obtain the US Security Clearance.
• Education/certification creds from accredited institution preferred.
• Experience managing TCTOs and TCIs per AFI instructions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively leads and manages TCTOs, TCIs, and SIs for all assigned aircraft with stakeholders.
• Reviews and documents aircraft 781 forms to ensure TCTOs/TCIs/SIs are scheduled and documented.
• Advise on action planning to site managers for fleet health and program success.
• Chair formal TCTO planning meetings with essential parties and clarify requirements.
• Coordinate with supply logistics and maintenance teams to ensure parts and tools are on hand.
• Monitor sortie generation and maintenance schedules, highlighting fleet health indicators.
