Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
• 6–8 years automotive experience at Toyota Kirloskar Motors (TKM India), Toyota Philippines or any other TMC country entities.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits per IIA Standards and Guidelines.
• Ensure deliverables are high quality and on time and within budget.
• Complete all assigned internal audit engagements per IA Strategy.
• Prepare and maintain internal audit working papers and memos per standards.
• Identify causes of uneconomic practices and assess alternatives for improvement.
• Lead audits and assessments for automotive technical processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Visit locations to evaluate service quality, operational effectiveness, and compliance.
• Leverage SAP, Power BI, Team Mate+, TMC Oasis to support audits.
• Share automotive technical insights with the Internal Audit team.
