Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a senior Internal Audit professional to lead the International Subsidiaries audit portfolio. You will oversee risk-based planning, assess internal controls, and report findings to senior executives while coordinating with external auditors.

You will mentor a specialized team, drive data analytics integration, and ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CIA is mandatory; additional credentials like CISA/CPA are desirable.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in internal audit or compliance, international focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits of International Subsidiaries ensuring effective controls and governance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
• Develop risk-based annual plan and monitor remediation of audit findings.
• Drive data analytics and continuous auditing to enhance real-time risk monitoring.
• Mentor junior staff and foster expertise in ESG, AI, blockchain and analytics.
