Swan Global is seeking a skilled Rigging & Lifting Draughtsman to prepare AutoCAD drawings, lifting plans and risk assessments for offshore or heavy- lift operations. You will perform site measurements to define crane footprints and lifting areas, and craft detailed rigging drawings for elevation and plot plans.

The role requires extensive AutoCAD experience in crane lifting, strong coordination with rigging teams, and the ability to review lifting calculations and safety considerations on site.

Qualificações

• 8–15 years of Oil & Gas experience.
• 3-year Mechanical Engineering diploma required.
• AutoCAD certification related to crane lifting drawings preferred.
• Oil & Gas safety certifications preferred.
• Crane lifting drawings in AutoCAD certification and safety certifications are preferred.
• Computer literacy with AutoCAD, 3D Max, Katia, STADD, MS Office and SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and arrange various AutoCAD drawings, lifting plans, method statements, calculations, MOMs and risk assessments as instructed by the Site/Rigging Supervisor.
• Conduct site visits and physical measurements to determine crane footprints, lifting areas and site requirements.
• Prepare detailed Rigging & Lifting drawings using AutoCAD, including elevation, plot plans and lifting/tool details.
• Coordinate closely with Rigging Supervisors and Heavy Equipment Supervisors for lifting and rigging activities.
• Support the preparation and review of lifting calculations, rigging arrangements and risk assessments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8–15 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• AutoCAD certification/experience specifically related to Crane Lifting Drawings is preferred.
• Oil & Gas safety-related certifications are preferred.
• Crane Lifting drawings (Elevation, Plot plan and Tool details) in Auto CADD Certification and any oil and gas safety related certifications.
• Computer literate and preferably Auto CAD, 3D Max, Katia, STADD, MS Office and SAP
